2. Use of the Service

RizeCrypto provides an automated trading bot accessible via API for executing trades on supported cryptocurrency exchanges. To use the Service, you must:

• Register an account and maintain an active subscription.
• Provide accurate and valid API keys for your chosen cryptocurrency exchange(s).
• Ensure that your API keys have the necessary permissions for trading. RizeCrypto does not access withdrawal functionality.

3. Financial Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks, including potential loss of funds. RizeCrypto does not guarantee profits or absence of losses. You are solely responsible for outcomes from using the Service.

4. Intellectual Property

RizeCrypto's trading algorithms and strategies are proprietary. You may not reverse-engineer or access the underlying code.

5. Account Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your account and API keys. Any activity via your account is your responsibility.

6. Termination

RizeCrypto may suspend or terminate your access for violations of Terms or harmful activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

RizeCrypto is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages from using the Service, including losses due to market volatility, exchange downtime, or technical issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
